The taste of vanilla,
And burnt caramel sugar,
Bittersweet on my tongue,
From your lips to mine,
The air thick,
Heady with the scent of wine,
Half forgotten desserts,
Dark chocolate,
Half buried amidst the white,
And that aching,
Throbbing heat,
That spreads through me,
Building up a steady warmth,
From your body or mine,
I cannot tell.
